Mom made it through a long, pain-filled night. Steph & Bethany stayed with her and she came out of her grogginess enough to ask lots of questions. You'd be proud of Steph...she told Mom what she could AND made it without crying. (We're very proud!)
During the night, Mom said, "Owie!" Bethany asked if she needed a Band-aid and Mom said, "Just kiss it and make it better." How we all wish we could!

Mom looks a lot better this morning than she did last night when we first got to see her. I know that it will be a long road to recovery but I feel optimistic. Mom is one tough lady. Thank you for all your prayers for our mom so far. Please continue to pray.
